Location: UAE

Hiring an Estimation & Quantity Surveyor (MEP) based in the UAE. Minimum 2 years of experience required, with UAE experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and BOQs for MEP projects.
• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost analysis.
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams for pricing.
• Assist in tender submissions and project cost control.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Estimation & Quantity Surveying.
• Experience in MEP projects is preferred.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and BOQ preparation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines.
