Key Skills & Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or relevant technical qualification
• Experience in MEP maintenance of commercial/residential buildings
• Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, pumps, and building services
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and team-supervision skills
• Knowledge of PPM, CMMS, HSE, and preventive maintenance practices

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day MEP maintenance operations for commercial & residential facilities
• Monitor & maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, BMS, pumps, and generators
• Plan and supervise Preventive & Corrective Maintenance activities
• Allocate daily tasks to technicians and monitor performance
