Nsefi Jewellery is looking for an experienced, hands-on Factory Manager to manage their jewellery workshop, oversee the production team, and maintain high quality standards. Previous experience working in a jewellery workshop or factory within the UAE is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily workshop operations, production schedules, and deadlines.
• Supervise jewellers, setters, polishers, and workshop staff.
• Oversee production, repairs, and custom orders through to final quality control.
• Ensure accuracy in gold purity, weights, dimensions, stone setting, and finishing.
• Maintain strict control of gold, stones, inventory, scrap, and material wastage.
• Resolve production issues, improve efficiency, and minimise rework.

Requirements

• Proven jewellery workshop or factory management experience within the UAE.
• Strong technical knowledge of 14K and 18K gold jewellery manufacturing.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
