Fala Group is expanding its team for ongoing and upcoming Roads & Infrastructure projects across the UAE.

Open Positions:

1. Civil Draftsman 3D (02 Nos.)

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in 3D modeling and drafting for roads and infrastructure projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, InfraWorks, and related software
• Experience in preparing 3D models, drawings, profiles, cross sections, and quantities
• Strong knowledge of road design, standards, and specifications
• Good attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

2. Site Engineer (02 Nos.)

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in road construction and infrastructure projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience in site execution, quality control, and progress monitoring
• Good knowledge of road works, earthworks, asphalt, drainage, and related activities
• Strong communication, technical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD is an advantage

General Requirements:

• Candidates must have relevant experience in Roads & Infrastructure projects.
• Preference will be given to candidates currently available inside the UAE.
