Falcon Pack is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Executive – Accounts (Reporting & Taxation) to manage statutory reporting, taxation activities, financial compliance, and ensure accurate and timely submission of reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review VAT returns, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
• Oversee VAT processes, controls, and reconciliations while identifying improvements.
• Provide VAT advisory support and ensure compliance with applicable tax laws.
• Prepare Zakat and Income Tax returns for GCC and other operating countries.
• Advise on tax-saving opportunities while maintaining compliance.
• Ensure accuracy of financial data, resolve discrepancies, and maintain proper documentation.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with government reporting requirements.
• Support audits, assessments, and tax-related activities.
• Drive process improvements and enhance reporting efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to IMS, ISO, GMP, food safety, and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in VAT, taxation, and statutory reporting.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and government reporting requirements.
• Experience preparing VAT returns, Zakat, and Income Tax returns across GCC and other jurisdictions.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills.
