Bin Jumah Group is seeking an experienced and accomplished F&B Director to lead and oversee its Food & Beverage operations across multiple outlets in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee overall F&B operations across multiple outlets and concepts
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency
• Monitor and control food and beverage costs, waste, and operating expenses
• Establish and maintain consistent standards for food quality and service
• Participate in the development of new F&B concepts, menus, and business initiatives

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage, with senior management experience
• UAE or GCC F&B/hospitality experience highly preferred
• Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
