ERTH Abu Dhabi is seeking a passionate and certified individual for Female Swimming Coach jobs in Abu Dhabi to conduct training and ensure water safety across all swimming levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct swimming lessons for beginner, intermediate, and advanced swimmers
- Develop structured training programs tailored to members’ abilities and fitness goals
- Teach proper swimming techniques, water safety, and endurance skills
- Monitor pool safety and maintain a safe, welcoming training environment
- Conduct both individual and group coaching sessions
- Track member progress, offer feedback, and assist in recreational swimming events
Requirements
- Recognized Swimming Coach / Instructor certification
- Valid Lifeguard certification is preferred
- First Aid & CPR/AED certification
- Strong swimming, water-safety knowledge, and good English communication skills
- Energetic, professional, patient, and customer-focused approach
