Etihad Energy Holding is looking for a seasoned Finance Director to join a publicly listed integrated energy and infrastructure group with assets spanning petroleum storage, maritime, and refinery in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Group financial reporting and audited financial statements.
• Cash flow, treasury management, and financial forecasting.
• Business planning, budgeting, and external/internal audit management.
• Capital markets and lender engagement alongside finance team leadership.

Required Skills and Experience

• 10+ years of experience in senior finance roles.
• Listed company experience (DFM/ADX or equivalent).
• CA, CPA, ACCA, or CFA qualification.
• Energy, infrastructure, or maritime industry background preferred.
