Flora Hospitality DUBAI Hiring Duty Manager – Hotel (Native Arabic Speaker)

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Duty Manager who is a native Arabic speaker to join our team at [Hotel Name]. As a Duty Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel, providing exceptional service to our guests, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:-

Oversee the Front office operations of the hotel,
Manage and lead a team of staff, ensuring they are properly trained and motivated to deliver excellent service.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to exceed their expectations.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Monitor and maintain hotel facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure adherence to standards.
Assist in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and protocols to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Act as the point of contact for emergencies and critical incidents, implementing appropriate procedures to address any issues.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and guest preferences to make informed decisions and recommendations.

Requirements:-

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Fluency in Arabic and English languages, both written and verbal, is essential.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Opera /Oracle software and Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge of local regulations and cultural sensitivities.
