Open Positions & Requirements

MEP Supervisor – Mall / Retail FM: Minimum 5 years of FM experience, strong Mall / Retail Facilities Management experience, good understanding of mall MEP operations, fit-out inspections, and client coordination.
FM Engineer – Commercial Building: Minimum 5 years of Commercial Building FM experience, contract and budget management, strong knowledge of MEP operations, PPM, SLAs, and technical team management.
Assistant Multi-Technician – Residential & Commercial FM: Minimum 3 years of experience, residential and commercial FM experience preferred, good knowledge of general MEP maintenance and hands-on technical skills.
