Peaksy Adventure Park & Restaurant is looking for an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to join our team at Yas Bay Waterfront, Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. We are specifically looking for a candidate with strong UAE bar experience who can manage both restaurant and bar operations while delivering excellent guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant and bar operations
- Lead, train, and supervise F&B team members
- Ensure high standards of service, food quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction
- Manage bar operations, beverage inventory, ordering, and stock control
- Monitor beverage and food costs, wastage, and inventory
- Support events, parties, corporate bookings, and special functions
- Drive F&B sales and ensure compliance with UAE food safety requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years of F&B management experience
- Strong UAE bar experience is required
- Experience managing both restaurant and bar operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and commercial skills
