Al Med Retail is looking for a passionate Food Safety Officer to ensure that all food products, processes, and facilities comply with UAE food safety regulations, Dubai / Abu Dhabi (ADFCA) Municipality requirements, HACCP, and international quality standards.

Key Requirements

• HACCP Level 3/4 Certification (Mandatory).
• ISO 22000 Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor (Preferred).
• Dubai / Abu Dhabi (ADFCA) Municipality Food Safety Training Certificate or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of experience in Food Safety/QA within F&B, Hospitality, Catering, or Food Manufacturing.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
• Valid UAE Driving License if required for multi-site inspections.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including peak production/service times.
