A highly reputable automotive conglomerate in Oman is urgently hiring Ford Technical Support Engineer. The incumbent MUST have the below qualifications to fit for this role,

– Expert in diagnosis protocols for Ford vehicles.
– Able to provide on job training for technicians.
– Able to evaluate technicians and prepare technical training plans.
– Experienced in certification process for technicians.
– Able to confidently communicate with the principals technical team.
– Certified technical support engineer from Ford.
– Holder of mechanical/automotive engineering degree/diploma.
– Fluent in spoken and written English.
