Freesia Electromechanical Works is hiring a General Manager (MEP) based in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall MEP operations and project execution.
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring quality, cost, and timely completion.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client coordination.
• Ensure compliance with UAE standards, authority requirements, HSE, and quality procedures.
• Drive business development, resource planning, and operational performance.
• Monitor budgets, contracts, project progress, and profitability.
• Provide strategic leadership and technical direction to the MEP division.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 20+ years of MEP experience, with strong UAE experience.
• Proven experience in a senior management / General Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of MEP construction, high-rise/residential/commercial projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-management skills.
• Strong commercial and project management capabilities.
