Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Fujian Survey & Geo Research is looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join their Abu Dhabi-based surveying and geotechnical team. The role involves carrying out land and engineering surveys for infrastructure, building, road, pipeline, and utility projects using modern surveying equipment in accordance with client specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform topographic, boundary, construction, and as-built surveys.
• Carry out setting out works for buildings, roads, utilities, and infrastructure projects.
• Operate Total Stations, GNSS/GPS receivers, Digital Levels, and other surveying equipment.
• Process survey data and prepare drawings using AutoCAD/Civil 3D or similar software.
• Establish and maintain survey control points and benchmarks.
• Verify survey accuracy and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and site teams.
• Prepare survey reports, calculations, and field documentation.
• Maintain surveying equipment and ensure calibration and proper usage.
• Follow company quality, health, safety, and environmental procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor, preferably in the UAE.
• Proficiency in Total Station, GNSS/GPS, Digital Level, and survey data collection software.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Experience in infrastructure, road, utility, building, or pipeline projects.
• Strong understanding of surveying principles, coordinate systems, and construction drawings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently in both field and office environments.

Added Advantage:

• Valid UAE Driving Licence.
• Experience with Leica, Trimble, or Topcon survey equipment.
• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi Municipality, ADNOC, or other UAE project requirements.
