We are hiring a Glasshouse Farm Manager (Female Candidates Only) for a unique 1.3-hectare climate-controlled chilled glasshouse in Abu Dhabi, UAE, growing high-value crops like cherries, apricots, blueberries, figs, and mandarins.

Key Requirements

• 6–10 years of relevant commercial glasshouse / greenhouse experience
• Strong expertise in protected cultivation and controlled-environment agriculture
• Hands-on experience with climate control, irrigation, fertigation and shading systems
• Experience with Hoogendoorn or comparable greenhouse automation platforms
• Strong knowledge of high-value fruit production, crop health, nutrition and IPM
• A Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy, Plant Science or a related discipline
