Trus Holding is seeking a visionary and experienced Group IT Manager – Technical & Infrastructure to lead group-wide IT transformations in Dubai.

Ideal Profile

• Master’s/bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
• 12+ years of IT experience, including a minimum of 4 years in a leadership role
• Strong technical infrastructure and multi-location IT management experience
• Experience in distribution, trading, logistics, warehouse or multi-company environments preferred

The Leadership Mandate

• Develop and implement Group-wide IT infrastructure strategy, policies, standards and SOPs
• Manage networks, servers, cloud infrastructure, connectivity, Wi-Fi, hardware and technical systems
• Establish standardized IT infrastructure across Group companies and countries
• Manage IT service desk and technical support operations
