Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Education / Teaching or a relevant qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in Early Years teaching, coordination, or leadership.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with the EYFS Curriculum.
• Experience working closely with Senior Leadership Teams (SLT) and supporting school-wide Early Years development.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
