Antigra is seeking an experienced Healthcare Business Systems Analyst with expertise in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi on a hybrid work arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements (BRDs & SOWs)
- Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders, technical architects, and development teams
- Support system implementation and change management
- Translate business needs into functional requirements
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Business Systems Analysis experience in the Healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of EMR and RCM
- Experience with requirements gathering and technical documentation
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
