We are seeking an early-career professional with a passion for finance and data analysis to join our Finance team and contribute to data-driven decision-making in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and support business decisions
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Monitor financial KPIs and prepare insightful dashboards and reports
• Support revenue cycle analysis, including insurance reimbursement and collections
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance and operational efficiency
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and reporting tools to deliver accurate financial insights

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, and charts)
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is an advantage
• Understanding of healthcare finance or revenue cycle management is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with a strong willingness to learn and grow
