• Serve as the front desk representative during night hours
• Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries
• Close the day’s financial books and balance accounts
• Generate daily reports for management
• Prepare the morning team for a seamless start to the day

📝 Requirements

• ✔ Prior hotel experience is mandatory
• ✔ Strong communication and customer service skills
• ✔ Ability to manage both guest-facing tasks and night auditing duties
• ✔ Organized, responsible, and comfortable working night shifts
