BIM Structural Modeler

Location: Dubai, UAE

Industry: Construction / Engineering

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Structural Modeler to join our team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate structural BIM models using Revit Structure
• Prepare structural drawings and documentation as per project requirements
• Coordinate structural models with architectural and MEP disciplines
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks
• Ensure models comply with project BIM standards and LOD requirements
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and BIM coordinators
• Update models based on design changes and site requirements

Requirements:

• Experience in Structural BIM Modeling
• Strong knowledge of Revit Structure
• Good understanding of structural elements and construction drawings
• Experience with Navisworks / BIM Coordination
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage
• UAE/GCC project experience is preferred
• Immediate availability is preferred
