Western Hotels seeks qualified professionals for a Hotel Manager (Remote Beach Area) position in the Al Dhafra Region for UAE-based candidates.

Job Responsibilities

The Hotel Manager is responsible for the overall management and performance of the hotel, ensuring operational excellence, financial sustainability, guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and compliance with company and regulatory standards. The role provides strategic and operational leadership across all hotel departments and works closely with senior management to achieve the hotel’s business objectives.

Requirements

• Previous remote boutique resort operations experience preferred
• Previous experience as Hotel Manager, EAM or General Manager needed
• Hands-on leadership style is needed for this role
• English plus other European language(s) are an advantage
• Strong experience managing multiple hotel departments and multidisciplinary teams
• Proven track record in financial management, revenue optimization, cost control, and operational performance
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, hospitality standards, guest relations, and quality management
