📢 Hiring – HR Assistant
📍 Location: Sharjah
Electronics Bazaar FZC is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our HR department in day-to-day operations. This role ensures smooth HR functions and contributes to a positive workplace culture.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment: job postings, interview scheduling, candidate coordination
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees
- Handle employee queries and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
- Provide administrative support to HR projects and initiatives
✅ Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience (preferred)
- Strong organizational & communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
