• Arabic nationality is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the UAE, with school or education sector experience preferred.
• Experience in handling payroll, salary processes, and biometric attendance systems.
• Strong understanding of employee performance management and UAE HR policies.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and MS Office skills.
