Ektifa is seeking a proactive HR Coordinator to support recruitment and human resources operations. Candidates must have specific industry experience to be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities and source candidates.
- Screen CVs, conduct assessments, and schedule interviews.
- Support onboarding, probation reviews, and employee confirmation processes.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and compliance with UAE Labour Law.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- 4 to 2 years of experience in recruitment and HR within FMCG or related sectors.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Arabic speakers are preferred; fluency in English is required.
