Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with Human Resources as the major subject.
• Previous HR experience in a UAE school is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations.
• Experience with the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, daily attendance management, employee relations, and employee grievance handling.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced educational environment.
