Southfield Group is urgently looking for an HR Executive to handle daily human resources operations, employee relations, and administrative tasks across their organization in the UAE.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant hands-on HR experience.
- Solid knowledge of HR operations, payroll coordination, and employee relations.
- Experience using HRMS platforms, preferably Paylite HRMS.
- Good command of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- UAE or GCC HR experience and familiarity with UAE labor practices are advantageous.
