Sharaf Shipping Agency (SSA) is looking for an HR Generalist to own the employee lifecycle, from offer to exit, for assigned entities in Dubai, UAE.

What You’ll Do

Run onboarding end to end: offer letters, MOHRE work permits, visa stamping, medicals, Emirates ID, and Day-1 induction
Manage offboarding: clearance, final settlement and EOS gratuity, contract and visa cancellation, exit interviews
Keep Employee Central in SAP SuccessFactors accurate for every hire, transfer, promotion, and exit
Handle MOHRE, WPS, and immigration compliance under UAE Labour Law
Run day-to-day HR operations: HR letters, leave and attendance, payroll inputs, MIS, and audit support

What We’re Looking For

4–5 years as an HR Generalist, with at least 2 years in the UAE
Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) experience
Direct experience with MOHRE, WPS, and immigration processes
Strong UAE Labour Law knowledge, including EOS gratuity calculation
Advanced Excel; fluent English (Arabic is a plus)
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field. CIPD Level 5, SHRM-CP or equivalent preferred
