Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Post job vacancies on recruitment portals and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
• Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
