Tarrad Development is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Dubai. Immediate joiners are preferred for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from talent sourcing to onboarding.
  • Manage employee relations and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Drive performance management and talent development initiatives.
  • Develop and implement HR policies in line with UAE labour laws.
  • Support business growth by building high-performing teams for projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of HR experience in construction and developer sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
