What You’ll Do: As our HR Officer, you will recruit top talent to support our incredible staff, you’ll ensure that our school continues to be a fantastic place to work. Be the friendly face guiding new hires through onboarding.
Help maintain a positive and inclusive culture, where everyone feels valued.
Manage HR records, payroll support, and stay up-to-date with UAE labor laws.
Assist in making sure our team is always learning, growing, and thriving!

What We’re Looking For:
A Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
3+ years of experience in HR (education or special needs experience is a plus!).
Excellent communication skills and a heart full of empathy.
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
A love for teamwork, organization, and helping others.
