Metaworld Groups is looking for an energetic and passionate HR Officer to join our team based in Business Bay, Dubai. This role focuses on employee engagement, workplace culture, and general human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and organize company events, team activities, and employee engagement programs
• Deliver and coordinate day-to-day trainings and development initiatives
• Drive internal communication and promote a positive workplace culture
• Build strong employee relations and support a general HR function

Ideal Candidate Requirements

• Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills
• HR generalist background (experience in training or engagement is a plus)
• Available for a Monday to Friday work schedule (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
