Bebek Restaurant & Lounge in Dubai is seeking an experienced HR Officer to manage and support day-to-day HR operations for the restaurant team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Process new employee visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and labour-related formalities.
• Maintain attendance, leave, employee records, and personnel files.
• Coordinate monthly payroll and ensure accurate employee data.
• Handle employee queries, grievances, disciplinary matters, and HR-related concerns.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE requirements, and company policies.
• Manage contracts, renewals, probation confirmations, and other HR documentation.
• Prepare HR reports and support employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in UAE hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or F&B industry.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance, and employee relations.
• Working knowledge of MOHRE visa and labour applications, renewals, and cancellations is preferred.
• Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and HRMS.
• Currently available in the UAE.
