China Harbour Engineering Company (CHEC) is looking for an experienced HR Officer (Arabic or Chinese Speaker) to join our project team at Al Maktoum International Airport in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment and onboarding.
• Liaise with the Chinese head office on HR policies and systems.
• Handle employee relations, visa processing, and payroll support.
• Implement HR policies aligned with UAE labour law and Chinese company standards.
• Support Chinese expatriate staff and local management teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of HR experience.
• Fluent in Chinese or Arabic (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Strong knowledge of Chinese HR systems and practices.
• Currently based in the UAE (male candidates preferred).
