Job Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll via Wage Protection System for multi-site staff.
- Review and calculate site attendance, shift allowances, and overtime.
- Calculate End of Service Benefits and final settlements.
- Assist with visa renewals, labor mobility, and site clearances.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years UAE construction or contracting experience.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and WPS payroll.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Advanced MS Excel and ERP software skills.
