✔ Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for various positions
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and innovative channels
• Screen, interview, and shortlist qualified candidates
• Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and candidates
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers

✅ Must-Have Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of proven recruitment experience
• Currently residing in UAE with own visa (mandatory)
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Immediate availability preferred
