• 5+ years UAE experience in roads & infrastructure projects
• Qualification: Civil Engineering degree OR Fire Safety Diploma + NEBOSH
• Certification: Valid NEBOSH certification (mandatory)
• Preference: Immediate joiners

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Ensure compliance with HSE regulations on-site
✔ Conduct risk assessments & safety audits
✔ Implement safety policies & procedures
✔ Lead safety training & toolbox talks
✔ Investigate incidents & prepare reports
✔ Monitor subcontractors’ HSE compliance
