China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) in Dubai is seeking experienced HSE Officers for ongoing and upcoming Road, Infrastructure & Bridge projects across Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices.
• Conduct daily site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
• Identify hazards, assess risks, and ensure control measures are in place.
• Ensure compliance with RTA HSE requirements, project specifications, and company standards.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and maintain proper HSE documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Health, Safety, Environment, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience as an HSE Officer in roads, infrastructure, and bridge projects.
• Strong experience in RTA projects in Dubai is mandatory or highly preferred.
• NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, or OSHA certification will be an added advantage.
