We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Dubai. Strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and managing outsourced agents is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and new employee orientations.
Employee Relations: Serve as the contact for employee inquiries and assist in HR policy development.
Outsource Management: Oversee payroll, attendance, and payments for outsourced agents.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of HR experience.
Knowledge of HR systems, labor laws, and MS Office.
Excellent communication skills; experience with outsourced agents is a plus.
