Sheikh Khalifa Hospital Fujairah (SKHF) in the UAE is seeking an experienced Inpatient Medical Coder to join our growing healthcare team.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Inpatient Medical Coding
  • Strong hands-on experience in DRG Coding
  • Healthcare-related degree qualification such as MBBS, BDS, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy, or equivalent
  • Sound understanding of clinical documentation, coding standards, and healthcare regulations
  • Preference will be given to immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Case Management
  • Experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes, including approvals and related functions
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
