G2 Technology Trading LLC is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Purchase Executive to join our procurement team in Dubai. This position offers fantastic growth for professionals seeking specialized IT procurement jobs dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions and POs through the ERP system
• Obtain vendor quotations and prepare comparative statements
• Coordinate with vendors on pricing, availability, lead times, and deliveries
• Follow up on POs to ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and Logistics teams
• Maintain accurate procurement records and vendor documentation
• Support import documentation, shipment tracking, inventory replenishment, and RMA processes

Requirements & Skills

• 1–3 years of procurement/purchasing experience in the UAE
• IT hardware or technology procurement experience preferred
• Currently available in the UAE with relevant UAE procurement experience
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or similar
• Strong vendor coordination, negotiation, and analytical skills
