Al Jazeera International Catering (JIC) is hiring an HR Officer for their location in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience required in the UAE.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
• Visa Process: Monitor the visa process for onboarding, renewal, and cancellation.
• Payroll & Attendance: Coordinate with the accounts team to ensure smooth payroll operations and verify attendance timesheets on a daily basis.
• Training & Development: Manage and schedule employee training programs.
• Staff Welfare: Monitor and support staff welfare activities to maintain a positive work environment.
• Manpower & Leave Planning: Handle manpower planning and manage employee leave schedules.
• Employee Attrition & Retention: Monitor employee attrition and implement effective retention strategies.
