JJR Building Contracting LLC is urgently hiring an HR Executive specialized in recruitment in Dubai, UAE.

Experience: 3 – 5 Years (Dubai Experience Required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit bulk blue collar workers (Labor, Masons, Carpenters, Steel Fixers, Electricians, Plumbers, Helpers, etc.).
• Recruit white collar professionals (Engineers, Supervisors, Admin, Accounts, HR, Procurement, etc.).
• Sourcing candidates through online portals, social media, referrals, agencies & walk-ins.
• Shortlisting, interviewing & coordinating with departments.
• Maintaining candidate database and recruitment records.
• Ensure timely hiring to meet project requirements.

Requirements:

• 3 – 5 Years of experience in HR & Recruitment.
• Dubai/UAE experience is mandatory.
• Experience in recruiting bulk manpower (blue collar) and white collar staff.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor market, visa process & manpower sourcing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organized and able to handle multiple requirements.
