We’re seeking an experienced Senior Padel Coach to lead player development at our premier facility. Inspire players of all levels while growing the sport in a dynamic, inclusive environment!

🏆 Key Responsibilities

✔ Design/lead group & private sessions (all skill levels)
✔ Create tailored training programs (technique, strategy, fitness)
✔ Organize tournaments, clinics, and events
✔ Provide personalized feedback to help players excel
✔ Stay updated on latest padel trends/techniques

✅ About You

Required:

• Level 1/2 Padel Coaching Certification (or equivalent)
• Proven experience coaching competitively (individuals/groups)
• Passion for teaching + ability to motivate all ages
• Excellent communication & teamwork skills

Preferred:

• First Aid/CPR certified
• Junior/adult program experience
• Multilingual abilities
