Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and responsible Joinery Site Supervisor to oversee daily joinery installation and site activities for interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will supervise site workers and subcontractors, coordinate with project engineers and other trades, ensure quality workmanship, and monitor project progress to meet approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily joinery installation works (doors, wardrobes, cabinets, kitchen units, wall panels, etc.).
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors and site workers.
- Review shop drawings and joinery details.
- Ensure quality workmanship and project progress.
- Monitor manpower, materials and site activities.
- Inspect completed works and coordinate snagging and rectification.
- Ensure site safety, housekeeping and company policies.
- Prepare daily reports and report site issues.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or technical qualification (Carpentry, Joinery, Civil Engineering, Interior Design or related field) is an advantage.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in joinery and interior fit-out projects.
- Experience supervising carpenters, installers and site workers.
- Knowledge of joinery materials, finishes, hardware and installation methods.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- UAE project experience is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving licence is a plus.
