Tick Tech Services LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and reconciliations. Immediate joiners are preferred for this position.
Job Responsibilities
- Verify, allocate, record, and post daily financial transactions accurately.
- Monitor and update daily cash flow records and prepare cash flow reports.
- Maintain and reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank accounts.
- Process supplier invoices, payment entries, receipts, and other accounting transactions.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and account statements.
- Identify ERP errors, discrepancies, and process gaps to enhance system efficiency.
- Assist with VAT calculations, documentation, and VAT return preparation.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Good knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial procedures.
- Familiarity with financial statements, general ledger, and account reconciliations.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems; Odoo experience is highly preferred.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
