Jannah Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated Junior Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team in Abu Dhabi and deliver exceptional culinary experiences.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise food preparation, mise-en-place, station duties, quality, consistency, and smooth kitchen service.
• Ensure HACCP, hygiene, line checks, temperature logs, briefings, and train/mentor junior chefs.
• Support menu planning, cost control, ordering, inventory, supplier feedback, service communication, and lead the kitchen when required.

Requirements

• Have 1-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
• Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management preferred.
• Solid understanding of international cuisine, station rotation, and preparation timelines.
• Strong knowledge of mise-en-place, plating, and storage procedures.
