What you’ll own:
- End-to-end recruitment for advisory and support roles
- Performance management systems built for a commission-driven, target-heavy environment
- Onboarding, compliance, and culture for a team that’s growing month over month
- Partnering directly with leadership on org structure as we scale

- Proven HR management experience within UAE real estate (non-negotiable)
- Deep understanding of the advisor/broker structure – commission models, licensing, performance expectations
- Strong systems thinking – you build processes, not just paperwork
- UAE labor law fluency
