Kabri International Co. LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for infrastructure and utilities projects, including roads, drainage, and wet utilities.
• Analyse project specifications, tender documents, and BOQs to determine scope and cost drivers.
• Coordinate with procurement, planning, and site teams to collect competitive pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare and submit competitive bids, variations, and cost reports in line with project deadlines and client requirements.
• Maintain a database of historical cost data and market rates for future reference.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Maximum of 5 years of experience in the GCC/UAE, specifically in infrastructure and utilities projects.
• Strong knowledge of estimating software and MS Excel.
• Familiarity with authority regulations and standard construction methodologies in Dubai/Abu Dhabi.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
